a Dance Mag has been publishing dance stories from around the world for nine years. We are read by artists, curators, and programmers who take the work seriously.

If you have a dance project to share, submit it for consideration. All selected projects are published on the platform within our editorial framework.

How it works

Submit your project for editorial consideration. Every submission is reviewed within 48 hours against one question: does this belong in the magazine? Selection is based on clarity of intent, relevance, and fit with our editorial direction.

If your project is selected, you'll receive a private preview before it goes live, followed by a payment link. If it isn't selected, you won't be charged.

A note on fees

Fees apply only to selected submissions and cover the editorial, administrative, and technical work involved in publishing.

Fees sustain the platform and keep a Dance Mag independent, artist-owned, and ad-free.

Submissions are considered final; amendment requests after submission may carry an additional fee.
